Good morning, Carol!
Thank you for sending the pictures of your print. From the photos you sent, it looks like the print looks just as it should. Let me share a little background as to why that is.
Our artist, Darren Gygi, is a fine artist who typically paints with large brushes and oil paints. He paints each image for his Home Collection in a small size—usually somewhere between 10x10 and 12x12 inches—so that when the images are reproduced and enlarged, the details (brush strokes, variations in paint color, artistic interpretation, etc.) are more noticeable than they are in reproductions of smaller images. The blurriness that you refer to is the greater visible detail of Darren’s paint strokes and color variation. This detail is great news, as it indicates that you own an affordable piece of fine art!
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have further questions, and you’re certainly welcome to return the artwork if you’re unhappy with it.
Thank you for your business—both online and through our retail locations--and I hope you have a great weekend!
